Man Utd transfer news: Anthony Martial to be SOLD - under this one Jose Mourinho condition

Anthony Martial's agent has revealed he wants to leave
The Frenchman has been heavily linked with a move away from United in the summer after falling down the pecking order.

The signing of Alexis Sanchez has pushed him out of the first-team and he now must compete with Marcus Rashford for a place on the bench.

And his agent came up yesterday announcing the former Monaco man is looking to leave Old Trafford.

Philippe Lamboley, Martial’s representative, said: “After thinking about all the possibilities, Anthony wants to leave Manchester United.

“When Manchester United, which is the most powerful club in the world, does not find an agreement in eight months of negotiations, it is that it does not really want to make him an important player.”

Several clubs have been touted to sign him, including Premier League rivals Chelsea and Tottenham.

But the Red Devils are reluctant to sell to a Premier League rival.

In fact, according to the Telegraph, the club are reluctant to sell him at all - but Mourinho has either ideas.

The Portuguese manager will gladly let the 22-year-old but only if he can get a decent replacement in.

Gareth Bale has been hotly touted to leave Real Madrid this summer and United have been long-term admirers of the Welshman.

But Mourinho is also a huge fan of Willian, and with Chelsea's interest in Martial - a potential swap deal could be on the cards.

Bleacher Report’s Dean Jones reported the news last month.

He said: “Good source tells me Anthony Martial is going to look for a new club.

“Doesn't see it worth sticking around at United under Mourinho."

Huge transfer boost as Man United emerge as surprise strong contenders to hijack this £176m Real Madrid transfer that looked all agreed

Manchester United are reportedly being talked up as a ‘hot candidate’ to seal the transfer of Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski this summer.

Bild recently claimed the Poland international’s agent was offering the player to top clubs, including United and rivals Chelsea, but that Bayern were playing hardball over a deal and wanted around £176million for their star player.

One of the finest strikers in Europe in recent years, it’s little surprise to see top teams being linked with Lewandowski, but it had recently looked like a move to Real Madrid was on the cards.

Don Balon made the strong claim that Lewandowski had everything agreed to join Los Blancos, though suggested it was awaiting confirmation with the club’s new manager, who had not yet been appointed.

It remains to be seen if new Madrid boss Julen Lopetegui has given the green light for everything to go through, or if the two clubs have managed to strike an agreement.

Robert Lewandowski transfer speculation goes on, with Manchester United now linked
However, the latest from Bild, as translated by Sport Witness, is that United remain seemingly strong contenders for the 29-year-old’s signature.

United don’t have an obvious need for a new centre-forward, though many could argue Lewandowski would be a significant enough upgrade on Romelu Lukaku to make a move worthwhile.

And beating Real to such a top player would be a major statement for the Red Devils as they look to make the signings needed to close that significant gap on champions Manchester City next season.

This Barcelona star will leave as Man Utd launch £61m bid on him

Luis Suarez is reportedly concerned about the future of Barcelona team-mate Ivan Rakitic as Manchester United reportedly make contact over a transfer.

A report in Don Balon claims that Suarez has warned Barca’s hierarchy about the possibility of the Croatia midfielder quitting the club this summer.

The report goes on to state that the arrival of new midfielders at the Nou Camp would see the 30-year-old reconsider his future at the Catalan giants, with United and Juventus both at the front of the queue for his signature.

Indeed, Juve were said to be ready to pay around £61million for Rakitic according to a different Don Balon report.

United boss Jose Mourinho is in need of another central midfielder, despite the recent arrival of Fred from Shakhtar Donetsk, with Michael Carrick retiring and Marouane Fellaini looking increasingly likely to quit Old Trafford in favour of a free transfer switch elsewhere.

Mourinho is said to believe that Rakitic would be the perfect foil for Paul Pogba at the heart of United’s midfield, with Nemanja Matic continuing to play the holding role.

Chelsea One Step Away From Completing Transfer Of €75m Attacker, Skysports

Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata is on the verge of sealing a move with Seria A giants AC Milan, this is according to report.

Morata has been frolicking with Italian base football clubs in the past weeks and he has been heavily tipped to exit Chelsea before the world cup competition. He was spotted with the CEO of Juventus Giuseppe Marotta but the Old Lady principal denied any interest in the Spanish striker.

Morata spent two years with the Old Lady before returning to Real Madrid. He arrived Chelsea last season from the Champions League record breakers Real Madrid in a €75million record deal but he has failed to prove his mettle by the standard of the Blues.

The Spanish striker ended last season with 13-goals in all competitions but he found himself playing second fiddle to former Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud and he knows he is likely going to be a bit-part player next season.

Skysport Italia reports via Calciomercato that the only stumbling block to Morata switching Stamford Bridge for the San Siro is his wage demand, which would come too big for the Seria A giants.

AC Milan are very much in the transfer market to sign top-notch footballers but despite the failings of Alvaro Morata for Chelsea last season, they have mooted a move for him according to the report. The Metro claims the Blues will accept offers for Morata and they are looking to sign Gonzalo Higuain or Robert Lewandowski as his replacement.

BREAKING: £100 million Rated Super Star tells Club he will quit’ as Chelsea close in on mega deal

Long-term Chelsea target Asensio has reportedly told Real Madrid he will quit the club if Neymar arrives from PSG.

The young Spaniard is regarded as one of the finest talents in world football and is also wanted by Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, as he seeks an alternative to Lyon ace Nabil Fekir.

He was just limited to 28 appearances for the Spaniards last season and speculation about his future has been intensifying over the last few weeks, as Madrid’s move for Neymar picks up pace.

And according to the Daily Express website, he has told President Florentino Perez he will quit the club if the Brazilian is signed, as the potential arrival of the winger would threaten his status as the clubs successor to Cristiano Ronaldo.

Reports go on to say Asensio repeatedly tells team-mates he is leaving when Neymar is discussed in the dressing room.

The news will alert Chelsea, if true, as the Blues may be seeking an immediate replacement for Eden Hazard.

The gifted little Belgian had a superb season for the Blues last year and has admitted he will wait to see which manager is appointed, and what players are signed before he fully commits himself to the club long-term.

Confirmed by Daily Mail: Chelsea agree shock deal for Barcelona star – NOT Dembele

Arsenal and Chelsea have both been linked with a move for Barcelona goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen this summer as they both look to replace their current No 1, according to the Daily Mail.

Petr Cech was part of a calamitous Arsenal defence that conceded a large number of goals last season, chipping in with some high profile mistakes of his own, while Thibaut Courtois’s future at Stamford Bridge remains uncertain as he is yet to sign an extension on his current deal.

Cillessen on his part was signed by Barcelona in 2016 after the heroics at the Euros, but he has been second choice behind German goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen, and has largely been on the bench at Camp Nou.

The 29-year-old desperately desires to play regular first team football at this stage of his career, which has influenced his desire to leave the Spanish side for whom he made only 11 appearances in all competitions last season, interestingly he kept 8 clean sheets in that time.

Great news for fans as Man United persuade in-demand star to stay at Old Trafford, verbally agrees two-year deal - report

Manchester United have persuaded the in-demand Dean Henderson to remain at Old Trafford.
That’s according to the Daily Mirror, who adds that the goalkeeper has verbally agreed to a new two-year deal with the Red Devils.
The 21-year-old is set to snub offers aplenty this summer, following heightened interest in him after an excellent campaign for Shrewsbury Town in League One.
His contract at United is set to run out in just a few weeks, but to hear that Henderson looks set to remain at the club is an excellent little boost.
Personally, I’d love to see him given his opportunity within the first-team – preferably as a back-up to David de Gea. He’s shown he has the talent to perform week-in-week-out, and now it’s time for that effort to be rewarded.
At the end of the day, at some point, we’re going to need to identify a replacement for the aforementioned De Gea. Who knows, the next man in line could already be on the books at the club. As the old saying goes, you don’t know until you’ve tried, and Henderson should get his opportunity. Pre-season tour would be an excellent starting point.

THIS CHELSEA LEGEND BELIEVES CHELSEA REGRET MAKING THIS DECISION

Chelsea legend Marcel Desailly believes Chelsea regret the decision to sell Diego Costa last summer.

Costa was replaced with Alvaro Morata who failed to live up to expectations at Stamford Bridge.
“With Diego Costa, somewhere they must regret it,” Desailly told Goal.
“They believed that Morata had Diego Costa in him. No, it’s Giroud and Morata who together give Costa. He was a target man like Giroud can be, while possessing the agility shown by Morata.”

Good News For Manchester United As Jose Mourinho Could finalise transfer for this £32m Ace rated player unsettled signing

Manchester United could receive offer for Victor Lindelof as Everton have made him their number 1 priority this summer, according to the Mirror.
The Sweden international moved to the Red Devils last summer in a £32m deal from Benfica but he has failed to replicate his previous performance at Old Trafford.
Lindelof is wanted by new Toffees manager Silva as he looks for a long-term partner for Michael Keane in defense.
The Red Devils may see a small profit as a good opportunity given his initial struggles in England, particularly with a plethora of options at Mourinho’s disposal in that position.
The former Benfica man made two high-profile mistakes which condemned United to a 2-1 defeat at Huddersfield early last season and struggled to reach the levels he showed at his former club and for Sweden.
Lindelof is competing with Eric Bailly, Phil Jones, Chris Smalling, Marcos Rojo and Daley Blind for a start shirt.
