But it's been claimed Conte won't be in charge for the Wembley clash with the relegation-threatened Saints.
Journalist Pete O'Rourke wrote on Twitter: "Looking likely that Antonio Conte has left Chelsea."
However freelance radio reporter Dan Leverne has shot down the claims.
He wrote on Twitter: "Antonio Conte isn't going anywhere today, Monday 9th April (small trip to corner shop possibly excepted).
"Unsourced rumours to the contrary are no more than social media mischief."
Daily Mirror journalist Darren Lewis added: "No, Antonio Conte has not left Chelsea.
"Told it is business as usual and no truth in suggestions otherwise."
Conte admitted yesterday's draw with West Ham summed up the club's below-par campaign.
‘We must be frustrated for the final result but I think this game describes very clearly our season," he said.
"Many games where you have a good performance, create many chances to score but you are not clinical.
"How many times have I said we didn’t take the chances we created? A lot of times this season.
"Then one chance for West Ham and we conceded a goal. This game describes our season very well."
