The first surrounds the future of Tottenham centre-back Toby Alderweireld, who is a summer target for Jose Mourinho.
According to Solhekol, the Belgium international has a bizarre clause in his contract, which has one year left on it.
The clause allows Spurs to renew the defender's contract but, if they do, a release clause then becomes active whereby he can be bought for £25million.
Solhekol told the Transfer Talk podcast: "He's got a very strange contract. He has one year left on it but Spurs have the option of extending it by a year next summer.
"If they take up that option, that means there's a release clause of £25million.
"Spurs could potentially lose him next summer for £25m. From a business point of view it'd make more sense to sell him this summer because they could get a lot more for him.
