The Blues are being forced to play tonight as they will not be taking part in league football over the weekend, with their FA Cup semi-final against Southampton scheduled for Sunday.
Antonio Conte is expected to rotate his squad to ensure his best players are fresh for Sunday's clash, though the Italian will be wary of Burnley, who are fighting hard to secure a remarkable top six finish.

After netting twice as a sub in the weekend win at Southampton, Olivier Giroud seems set to lead the line at Turf Moor at the expense of Alvaro Morata.
Victor Moses is also expected to be named on the teamsheet after Davide Zappacosta was preferred as the right wing-back at St Mary’s.
The Italian could shift over to the left after Marcos Alonso was charged and banned by the FA following an incident with Shane Long on Saturday.
Elsewhere, Pedro offers competition to Willian on the flank, while Ross Barkley and Tiemoue Bakayoko were both on the bench at the weekend and will compete with Cesc Fabregas for the role alongside N’Golo Kante.
Anthony Rudiger was omitted from the squad for tactical reasons last time out and could replace Gary Cahill or Andreas Christensen in the back three.
David Luiz and Ethan Ampadu both remain sidelined.
